Welcome to my site.  I’m Sabrina, a happily married mother living in suburban Minneapolis.  My husband and I have been married since 1991.  We have been exploring various aspects of “the lifestyle” aka “swinging” for the entire duration of our marriage. This blog seeks to explore our own interests, desires, and experiences while acting as a resource for other couples already in the lifestyle or those looking for more information or advice.  I hope this site will inform, excite, intrigue, challenge, and titillate you.

Everything on this site is absolutely true. I am not writing erotic fiction here. This is my real life. I’ve been married to my husband for over half my life. We have three wonderful children and a dog. I live in a two-story house in the suburbs and work a full time job in the city. I am the mom sitting next to you on the sidelines while our kids play hockey. I am the frazzled woman at the grocery store telling her kid for the 4th time that he’s not getting a pack of Starburst, even if he will pay me back when we get home. You would never know that I am a swinger, but you might sometimes wonder. I sometimes give you sly smile when I crack a dirty joke you weren’t expecting. I might let it slip that I came in at 3:30 am on Saturday night and you wonder what a 30-something suburban mom is doing out that late?
